It is with a discovery internship led by Yannick Franques, Reserve de Beaulieu’s Chef, that the restaurant Le 5’s cooks started the year 2017. This internship aims that Koffi and Yannick, restaurant Le 5’s cooks, made an initiation of Top Chef’s skills.
It’s through the initiative of Bernard LENG, the owner of the Quality Hôtel Menton Méditerrannée and his passion of cuisine that’s this encounter happened. M. Leng is loyal to Chef Franques’ cuisine since his very beginnings at Bristol, twenty years ago.
Chef Franques was received amicably by our cooks. The meilleur ouvrier de France found that sharing leads to greater knowledge. They discovered and learned news gestures and new culinary combinations, all under the watchful eye of the one who masters the gesture of the culinary gastronomic’s art.
